ED COATING

The Electrophoretic Deposition (ED) line was set up in 1998, with the sole purpose for automotive-related works. Line specifications are based on Mitsubishi Standard PF05, and was recently refurbished and upgraded in 2015. With a total of 14 tanks, paint tests can be conducted every shift for quality and standards. It caters mainly for non-“A” surface and automotive undercarriage components, such as the lower arm and rear axle.
