To all potential suppliers who interested in becoming part of our approved suppliers list must undergo a comprehensive evaluation process referred to as 'Pre-Q.' This process serves as a verification and evaluation step for new suppliers seeking registration as PHN's business partners.
For information, PHN is using the Zycus Supplier Network (ZSN) Portal to initiate and manage the new supplier registration process.
Therefore, the new potential supplier can go to https://zsn.zycus.com/guest/genericRegister/DRB803 and will be directed to the Zycus Supplier Network (ZSN) to start the Pre-Q evaluation process.

Please prepare the following documents for uploading as part of the Pre-Qualification process;
- Company Organization Chart and Quality Assurance Department Chart (Please include positions and the names of key personnel).
- Form 9/Form 13/Company Notice of Registration.
- Form 49/Section 58.
- Audited Financial Statements for the past three years.
- Corporate Profile, Product, Service Brochures, Catalogue, ISO Certification, etc.
- Form 24/Section 68 and 78.
- Bank Statements for the past three months.
- Latest Company Profile from Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
